Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since ordering our services, the refund will be rejected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 72 hours including weekends.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-14 business days.
All campaigns are set up and run within 48 hours from the moment of the registration during working days, but it may take up to 72 hours during weekends or public holidays.
Any order or campaign that does not comply with our Terms of Service will be rejected and you will be entitled to a refund, based on what work has already been done.
You will not be entitled to a refund if, after a campaign is accepted and set up, the advertised page is changed without giving us a notice about the changes, and/or doesn’t comply with our Terms of Service.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
